CYBRDI is the pioneer and primary provider of tissue array products. CYBRDI has established a comprehensive and integrated system to collect various normal and diseased human tissues, and continuing throughout the manufacturing process of hundreds of tissue microarrays. By offering various high-quality tissue arrays in a format of single, paired, combined and multiple panels, CYBRDI enables scientists to identify, verify and validate molecules of diagnostic and therapeutic importance. Together with DNA (gene) array technique, tissue microarray technology is a powerful tool for the rapid analysis of molecular targets, discovery and assessment of new therapeutics, and determining prognosis of a disease.

Cybrdi's tissue repository contains close to 1 million paraffin tissue blocks and a large selection of tissue section slides. We also provide tissue microarray OEM services. In addition, we produce custom tissue arrays by using your FFPE tissues or choices from our tissue bank.

Cybrdi has developed more than 140 types of human tissue arrays including not only common tumors, such as colon cancer, prostate cancer, breast cancer, cervical cancer, ovarian cancer, lung cancer, stomach cancers, esophageal cancer, rectum cancer, kidney and liver cancer, etc., but also rare types of malignancies, e.g. brain glioma (neuroblastoma), lymphoma, osteosarcoma, condrasarcoma (cartilage sarcoma), bladder cancer, thyroid cancer, spongioblast tumor and lung small cell carcinoma. We also manufacture common types of normal multiple organs of tissue arrays.

Cybrdi carries human total RNA and Poly A+ RNA derived from 24 types of tissues. Also available are Mouse and rat total RNA and Poly A+ RNA from 24 types of tissues. We also provide mRNA multiple tissue northern blots (MTNB) from different human tissues.
