These components have been validated and
packaged along with detailed and simplified protocols
to ensure the success of your gene silencing experiments. Produce
meaningful RNAi data with validated reagents and do so confidently with
guaranteed to work shRNAmir constructs.
pSM2 retroviral shRNAmir constructs are
shipped as bacterial cultures of E.coli in LB broth with 8%
glycerol and chloramphenicol (50 µg/ml). pGIPZ lentiviral shRNAmir
containing vectors are shipped as bacterial cultures of E.coli
in LB (low salt) broth with 8% glycerol, carbenicillin (100ug/ml) and
zeocin (25ug/ml). Open Biosystems checks all cultures for growth prior
to shipment. Individual constructs are shipped on wet ice. All
Expression Arrest™ shRNA constructs should be stored at -80°C.
Arrest-In™ transfection reagent should be stored at 4°C. Do not freeze.
