Glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH) antibody
Glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase(GAPDH) is expressed in almost all tissues at high levels and is often used as a loading control in western blotting. GAPDH catalyzes one of the energy-yielding steps in glycolysis. Specifically, oxidative phosphorylation of glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate in the presence of inorganic phosphate and nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD). GAPDH has also been implicated in many other intracellular functions. GAPDH is primarily located in the cytoplasm.

Cyclophilins are a family of proteins that bind the drug cyclosporin A with high affinity. Cyclosporin A/cyclophilin complexes have been shown to inhibit calcineurin (calcium/calmodulin dependent protein phosphatase), which is believed to be important in T-cell activation. Cyclophilin B is mainly located within the endoplasmic reticulum (lumen) and is associated with the secretory pathway.
