Assay-ready Retroviral shRNAmir gene familiesAccelerate RNAi screening
Expression Arrest™ Assay-Ready™ shRNAmir gene familiy sets enable rapid
and high throughput RNAi screening of biologically important gene
families and pathways. Assay-Ready sets come in an easy to use 96 well
format allowing the analysis of hundreds of genes in one assay. Each
plate contains 400ngs of transfection-ready shRNAmir DNA sufficient for
3-4 cell-based assays. All Assay-Ready plates have positive, negative
and transfection efficiency controls already added to each plate.
Additionally empty wells per plate are left for assay-specific controls.
All Assay-Ready shRNAmir gene families are provided as ready to use kits and include Arrest-In transfection reagent sufficient for transfecting all the DNA provided. Assay-Ready shRNAmir gene families are available as: Standard quality DNA-Transfection-ready, normalized DNA concentrations at 25ng/ul and OD260/280 ratios of ~1.8. Premium quality DNA-Standard DNA plus low endotoxin levels.
Shipped on dry ice. Store at -80°C.
Note: Assay-Ready™ shRNAmir gene families are provided as
transfection-ready DNA. They cannot be transformed into E. coli to
generate glycerol stocks of the plasmid DNA.
