ZEPTOGEL

ZeptoGel is a sterile, isotonic and pyrogen-free solution of salts plus gelatin.
Each solution contains sodium chloride, calcium chloride-dihydrate and modified fluid
gelatin. When added to whole blood, ZeptoGel separates the leukocytes by
taking advantage of the differential sedimentation rates of blood components.

SCRUBBED NYLON^™ FIBERS

SCRUBBED NYLON^™ FIBERS are specially prepared for use in isolation of T lymphocytes from peripheral blood. Lymphocytes prepared by this method are viable cell suspensions for tissue culture, enzymatic, biochemical and immunologic studies employing small volumes of blood.
