PRODUCT
CHARACTERISTICS |
|
(8-Oxo-dA) serves as
a marker of oxidative DNA damage in biological systems.(1)
(8-Oxo-dA) has been chemically synthesized to improve
reliability and accuracy and purified by HPLC. (2)
Identification of the product and an index of its purity was
accomplished by proton NMR spectroscopy at 400 MHz.(3) |
