The Orange G Loading Dye is ideal for PCR
applications. Unlike methylene blue containing loading dyes, the Orange
G dye migrates with DNA between 10 and 20 nucleotides long. The
migration at this size prevents the obscuring of SMALLER DNA bands, and
conveniently indicates the front of DNA migration. This Ficoll based dye
is provided at a 5X concentration and does not require refrigeration. |
