OligoTag Kinase Kit
| The OligoTAG kit
provides all the necessary reagents (except labeled nucleotide) to
generate a high specific activity 5 end labeled DNA sequence. The
provided T4 polynucleotide kinase attaches ATP to the 5 hydroxyl group
of oligonucleotides, single-stranded DNA, or RNA. Removal of 5
phosphate may be required for some DNA substrates to allow labeling. The
kit can also be used to add non-radiolabeled nucleotides to the 5 end
of DNA. |
