The E-3 methodology utilizes free solution pulsed electrophoresis to
establish rapid formation of
remarkably
stable and highly specific immune complexes. This promotion of
antigen/antibody immune complex formation allows a typical capture
ELISA or Western Blot to be completed in 65 minutes or less! This
same equipment can also be used for rapid transfer of proteins from an
SDS gel to the membrane (30 minutes).
