Specification The HRP conjugated IgG fraction reacts with each of the dengue serotypes when tested by ELISA at 1:5000 dilution . It also reacts in dot blot and can be used in Western Blotting at 1:1000 or greater dilution. On Westerns, it reacts with both preM and E proteins. The required dilutions must be determined for the particular assay employed.
