Description:
Taq Plus 2X Master Mix
is a premixed, ready-to-use solution
containing Taq Plus DNA Polymerase,
dNTPs, MgCl2 and
Reaction Buffer
at optimal concentrations for efficient
amplification of DNA templates by PCR.
The
Taq Plus 2X
Master Mix has been optimized for use in
routine PCR for amplifying DNA templates
in the range of 1¨C10kb.

supplied in a proprietary reaction
buffer (pH 8.8), 400µM
each of dATP, dGTP, dCTP, dTTP, 7mM MgCl2.
