Description:
Pfu 2X Master Mix
is a premixed, ready-to-use solution
containing Pfu DNA Polymerase, dNTPs,
MgSO4 and
Reaction Buffer
at optimal concentrations for efficient
amplification of DNA templates by PCR.
The
Pfu 2X
Master Mix has been optimized for use in
routine PCR for amplifying DNA templates
in the range of 0.2¨C3kb.

in a proprietary reaction buffer (pH
8.5), 400µM
each of dATP, dGTP, dCTP, dTTP, 4mM MgSO4.
