Dialysis with GeBAflex-tube:

Ability of GeBAflex-tube to dialyze samples volume. 100, 80, 50 or 30 µl of 10 U of PstI restriction enzyme in buffer 0+ (100% activity) containing 8M urea (0% activity) was subject for dialysis for 4 hours by GeBAflex-tube against 2 liters buffer 0+ without urea. The solution was transfered to a clean microcentrifuge tube and 1 µg of pBS plasmide was added, the digestion proceed for 8 hours at 37oC. A-D controls, A, digestion of pBS with PstI in buffer 0+ containing 8M urea, B, digestion of pBS with PstI in buffer 0+, C, digestion of pBS with PstI in buffer taken from the beaker in the end of the dialysis, D, un-cut pBS.
