Assay buffer: 50 mM HEPES, pH 7.4, 3 mM MgCl2, 3 mM MnCl2, 1 mM DTT, 3 uM Na-orthovanadate, 2 mg/ml casein, 0.1 mM ATP and 0.1 ug/ml Plk3.

Application: useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
