The new InsertFinder PCR Quick Screening Kit is designed to quickly screen large numbers of clone candidates using PCR technology. The procedure is so simple and straightforward. The proprietary cell lysis buffer provided with the kit can efficiently lyse cells without interfering with PCR reactions. PCR products can directly be analyzed on an agarose gel without enzyme digestions. The new procedure provides significant convenience for screening large numbers of colonies on the same day your colonies are ready.
