Description

HybriPol DNA Polymerase is a novel thermostable DNA polymerase created via the fusion of two proteins. HybriPol leaves an A overhang such that the primer extension product is suitable for effective integration into TA cloning vectors.
Specificity and performance of HybriPol can be increased with the use of 2x Poly-Mate (not supplied, see associated products), which is designed for GC or AT rich DNA, dirty templates or sequences with difficult melting profiles.

Description

    ACCUZYME is an enzyme possessing 5 - 3 DNA polymerase and 3 - 5 proof-reading exonuclease activities, offering extremely high-fidelity. ACCUZYME is supplied with 10x buffer containing MgSO4 which provides optimal final reaction conditions (2mM Mg2+) for most experiments. In order to allow optimisation of reaction conditions, additional MgCl2 is also provided.
    When specificity and yield of ACCUZYME DNA Polymerase are essential, these can be improved with the use of 2x PolyMate (not supplied), which is designed to amplify GC- or AT-rich, dirty templates or sequences with a difficult melting profile.     BIOTAQ Red is an ideal choice for high-throughput applications, since it combines a lower Taq concentration with a dye to facilitate easy recognition. When the reaction is complete, a sample of the reaction mix can be loaded directly onto agarose gels, without the need for loading buffer, since the sample will be sufficiently dense to sink to the bottom of the gel unassisted.

    Long-Region Applications:
    Optimal composition of different enzymatic activities enables BIO-X-ACT Long to span the primer extension over long regions and demonstrate high processivity by reducing premature strand termination and template degradation. Using long primers at elevated Mg++ concentrations, >30Kb or 20Kb products can be achieved from Lambda templates or genomic DNA, respectively.

    General BIO-X-ACT Applications:
    High Performance: BIO-X-ACT provides a high yield and specificity, even with 'dirty' DNA or difficult templates with an unfavourable nucleotide composition.     Description

    Description

    IMMOLASE is a heat-activated form of a thermostable DNA polymerase isolated from a novel organism. IMMOLASE provides improved specificity when compared to standard DNA polymerases and can eliminate the presence of non-specifics, such as primer-dimers and mis-primed products. IMMOLASE is inactive at room temperature and must therefore be activated by heat treatment before primer extension. Subsequently, the reaction can be handled according to the users existing protocols for thermostable DNA polymerases.
