Product Description

Bioline ACGU + T mix enables users to employ the efficient strategy of incorporating dUTP into amplification reactions.

By doing so, dUTP replaces dTTP in amplified products.

Before a subsequent DNA amplification is commenced, treatment with Uracil DNA Glycosylase (UDGase) will result in the selective cleavage of the Uracil base in the dUTP-containing DNA, therefore preventing carry-over contaminations.

Lane 3: Amplification of a 20 kb DNA fragment
 

Impurities in PCR reagents can often inhibit PCR reactions. This inhibition is often observed in Long range PCR reactions.
To demonstrate the purity of Bioline’s dNTPs, a long distance 20kb PCR was performed as a stringent (functional) test for reagent quality and visualized by electrophoresis on a 1% agarose gel in 1x TAE stained with ethidium bromide.

Quality Control Tests

Quality control by HPLC for maximum purity and minimal di- and mono-phosphate content.
All batches are tested in standard labelling reactions.
 
Storage Conditions
 
Bioline dNTPs can be stored for 12 months at -20°C in a constant-temperature freezer.
Avoid multiple freeze-thawing. For long-term usage, aliquoting is recommended
