Basic Information

Product ID: TM-711BZ-55
Product Name: Anti N-terminal domain of P300/CBP-Associated Factor(human PCAF). IgG fraction (monoclonal) (human PCAF) IgG fraction (monoclonal)
Unit: 150µg
Category: Proteins and Antibodies for Transcription Research
Subcategory: Proteins and Antibodies

Product Details

Description: IgG fraction from mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 2F9/G9) obtained by immunization of mice with N-terminal domain of human PCAF. The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.

Isotype: IgG1
Biological Activity: This antibody can be used for ELISA assay (1:8,000 dilution) and Western Blot. It recognizes the N-terminal domain of the transcriptional activator PCAF. This domain of PCAF contains a region that interacts with p300/CBP and it competes with the adenoviral E1A oncoprotein for binding to p300/CBP as a potential tumor suppressor.

Formulation: Solution at 1.0 mg/mL in PBS.
Storage Conditions: Store at -20oC
Stability: Stable for at least one year. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Temperature: -20°C
