| Description: |
IgG fraction from mouse monoclonal
antibody (clone 6C5/D12) obtained by immunization of
mice with the C-terminal domain (aa182 - aa491) of
glycoprotein 2 of Andes virus. The IgG fraction was
purified using Protein G-Sepharose.

| Biological Activity: |
This antibody can be used for ELISA
assay (1:16,000 dilution), Western Blot (1:16,000
dilution) and immunofluorescence studies. It recognizes
the epitope (aa261 - aa273) of Andes virus glycoprotein
2 (G2). The C-terminal region corresponds to aa829 -
aa1138 of glycoprotein precursor.
