IgG fraction from mouse monoclonal
antibody (clone 2H4/F6) obtained by immunization of mice
with the N-terminal domain (aa1 - aa219) of glycoprotein
2 of Andes virus. The IgG fraction was purified using
Protein G-Sepharose.

| Biological Activity: |
This antibody can be used for ELISA
assay (1:30,000 dilution), Western Blot (1:10,000
dilution) and immunofluorescence studies. It recognizes
the N-terminal region (aa1 - aa219) of Andes virus
glycoprotein 2 (G2), this region corresponds to aa647 -
aa866 of glycoprotein precursor.
