IgG fraction from mouse monoclonal
antibody (clone 6B9/F5) obtained by immunization of mice
with the recombinant N-terminal domain (aa1 - aa353) of
glycoprotein 1 of Andes virus. The IgG fraction was
purified using Protein G-Sepharose.

This antibody can be used for ELISA
assay (1:32,000 dilution) and Western Blot (1:8,000
dilution). It recognizes the N-terminal region (aa1 -
aa353) of Andes virus glycoprotein 1 (G1).
