IgG fraction from mouse monoclonal
antibody (clone 8F3/F8) obtained by immunization of mice
with nucleoprotein of Andes virus. The IgG fraction was
purified using Protein G-Sepharose.

| Biological Activity: |
This antibody can be used for ELISA
assay (1:8,000 dilution), Western Blot (1:10,000) and
immunofluorescence studies. It recognizes the epitope
(aa274 - aa286) of nucleoprotein of Andes virus. It does
not have cross reactivity with either nucleoprotein of
Sin Nombre nor Puumala virus.
