antibody (Clone 3I4/I10) obtained by immunization with
highly purified gag p24 antigen.

Reacts in ELISA and Western blots,
detecting up to 500 pg of antigen using a 1:100
dilution. Since it can not react with the p17 region, it
can be used to differenciate the p17 regions of the gag
