IgG fraction from mouse monoclonal
antibody (clone 7G11/E6)obtained by immunization with
HIV-1 gag p17 antigen. The IgG fraction was purified
using Protein G-Sepharose.

| Biological Activity: |
This antibody can be used in ELISA
assays (1: 4,000 dilution) and Western Blot analysis (1:
6,000). It recognizes gag p17 (aa1 – aa133 of the gag
polyprotein). It does not recognize the gag p24
sequence; therefore it can be used to differentiate the
p24 region of the gag polyprotein.
