| Description: |
IgG fraction from mouse monoclonal
antibody (clone 4B6/D8) obtained by immunization of mice
with a truncated TFPI (34 kDa). The IgG fraction was
purified using Protein G-Sepharose.

This antibody can be used for ELISA
assay (1:2,000 dilution). TFPI is the main physiological
inhibitor of the extrinsic coagulation pathway. It is a
Kunitz-type serine protease inhibitor comprising three
tandem units; the first and second units inhibit Factor
VIIa/tissue factor complex and factor Xa respectively.
