Product Details
|
|
| Description: |
Human TNF receptor (p75) extracellular
domain is produced in genetically engineered Spodoptera
frugiperda insect cells (Sf9) infected with recombinant
viruses, and purified by sequential chromatography.
|
| Biological Activity: |
Binding of the ligand TNF was
demonstrated by receptor binding competition of binding
with radioactive TNF.
|
| Formulation: |
10 mM Hepes, pH 7.0. Concentration: 1.0
mg protein/ml. |
| Purity: |
Over 80% pure. Three bands are observed
by SDS gel electrophoresis, however, a single band is
observed after glycosidase treatment, indicating
heterogeneity in the sugar portion of this glycoprotein. |
| Storage Conditions: |
Store at -80°C. |
| Stability: |
At least 2 months at -80°C. |
| Temperature: |
-80°C |
