domain is produced by genetically engineered Spodoptera
frugiperda insect cells (Sf9) infected with recombinant
baculovirus, and purified by lectin affinity
chromatography.

(PDGF) as demonstrated by immobilizing the PDGF receptor
extracellular domain and establishing competition of
binding with radioiodinated PDGF.
