Human recombinant NGF is purified from
recombinant CHO cells and purified by sequential chromatography.

| Biological Activity: |
The receptor binding activity of human
recombinant NGF is measured using recombinant NGF receptor
extracellular domain produced in transformed CHO cells.

Lyophilized powder. NOTE: This product should
be centrifuged prior to use. Some of the product could be
contained in the cap of the vial. |

Over 90% pure by N-terminal amino acid
sequencing and SDS gel electrophoresis (one major band at 14
