The human Granulocyte Macrophage-Colony Stimulating Factor (GM-CSF)
TiterZyme® Enzyme Immunoassay Kit is used for the
quantitative determination of levels of human GM-CSF in biological
samples. Human GM-CSF is a 14-17 kDa, 123 amino acid glycosylated
protein that was one of the first cytokines to be characterized and
cloned. GM-CSF is a potent species-specific stimulator of bone marrow
cells and stimulates the precursor cells of granulocytes, macrophages
and eosinophils.
1. Pipet Standards and Samples in duplicate into the wells and incubate.
2. Aspirate and wash the plate.
3. Pipet Antibody into the wells and incubate.
4. Aspirate and wash the plate.
5. Pipet Substrate into the wells and incubate.
6. Pipet Stop Solution and read on a plate reader at 450 nm.
7. Calculate sample concentrations from Standard Curve.
