Comparison of genomic DNA isolated from
different mouse tissues by AquaGenomic. Approximately 10 mg of
tissue or 100 ul of blood were processed using the AquaGenomic
Kit. Final genomic DNA was suspended in 50 ul deionized water. Five-microliter
of each prep was run in a 1% agarose gel.
