Description:
Taq Plus DNA Polymerase is a mixture of Taq
DNA Polymerase and a proofreading DNA Taq DNA
Polymerase catalyzes the 5'-3' synthesis of DNA. The enzyme
mixture has both 3'-5' and 5'-3' exonuclease activity.
Amplification with this polymerase generates blunt-ended PCR
products. Polymerase, which allows for the amplification of long
templates, up to 20kb, with high fidelity.
The two enzymes act synergistically during PCR to generate
more accurate and longer PCR products with greater yields
compared to Taq DNA Polymerase alone.
Applications:
Amplification of long templates, up to 20kb, with high
fidelity.
