Taq-red DNA Polymerase

Taq-red™ DNA Polymerase is a unique blend of Taq DNA Polymerase with an inert red dye. After PCR amplification, samples can be removed from the reaction and loaded directly onto an agarose gel without the addition of loading buffer or tracking dye. Amplification with this polymerase generates PCR products with 3'-A overhangs.

Applications:

DNA amplification by PCR and DNA sequencing without adding loading buffer or tracking dye.
