| Description:
ABM's RT X-PressMix™ is a new and powerful ready-to-use RT
preparation supplied in a 0.2 ml tube in lyophilized format. The
kit contains M-MLV Reverse Transcriptase for synthesis of
full-length first strand cDNA from RNA templates. Both oligo(dT)
and random primers are included in this preparation depending on
your preferences or applications. For reaction set-up, just add
RNA templates, primers and water. The method is simple, saves
time and minimizes cross-contamination.
