RT-PC X-PressMix

ABM's RT-PCR X-PressMix™ contains all the components necessary for cDNA synthesis and PCR amplification, lyophilized in a 0.2 ml tube. For reaction set-up, simply add RNA templates, primer and water. The lyophilized preparation eliminates the need to set up RT and PCR independently. The method is simple, saves time and minimizes cross-contamination. After RT-PCR, samples can be removed from the reaction and loaded directly onto an agarose gel without adding loading dye.
