Description
Retroviral gene transfer is a widely used technique for
efficient introduction of genes into the genome of any dividing
cell type for stable expression. ABM’s Retro-Easy™ retroviral
expression systems provide a quick and easy way of producing
high titer recombinant retroviruses for efficient gene
transduction.
The Retro-Easy2 Expression System is a complete retroviral
expression system with the pRetro-E2 vector. This pRetro-E2
vector contains a friendly multiple cloning site (MCS), making
it easy to clone your gene of interest into our vector and a
Puromycine selection marker(see
map below).
