Description
Retroviral gene transfer is a widely used technique for
efficient introduction of genes into the genome of any dividing
cell type for stable expression. ABM’s Retro-Easy™ retroviral
expression systems provide a quick and easy way of producing
high titer recombinant retroviruses for efficient gene
transduction.
The Retro-Easy-HA Expression System is a complete retroviral
expression system with the pRetro-E1-HA vector. This
pRetro-E1-HA vector contains a HA tag. (see
map below).
