Description:
Similar to the PCR-Sure™ DNA Kit, the PCR-HF-Sure™ DNA Kit not
only simplifies the optimization process, but also offers very
high fidelity of the amplified products. This is particularly
important for genetic variation studies or for cloning of genes
from cDNA. The system contains multiple high-fidelity
thermostable DNA polymerases and pre-optimized buffers in 12
different reaction conditions. Researchers will achieve results
the first time and every time. The results of this kit will also
provide the optimal conditions for the specific templates and
primers used. The PCR-HF-Sure™ DNA Kit is in a 2x Master Mix
format. Users simply add their template, primers, and H2O, if
needed.
