| Description
This innovative Plasmid Maxi-Prep Kit is the easiest,
quickest, and most economical method available for preparation of large
amounts of plasmid DNA. It produces high-yield plasmid DNA of automated
sequence quality. This kit is also useful for isolation of low-copy
plasmids because it has the capability to use rich media for growing
bacteria. The recovered plasmid DNA has a 1.8-2.0 OD260/280 ratio, and
there is no visual evidence of genomic DNA or RNA contamination on
EB-stained agarose gel. The purified plasmid DNA is primarily in the
supercoiled form. The kit is also available in an endotoxin-free format. |

The Column-Pure Endotoxin-Free Plasmid Maxi-Prep Kit is
designed to purify endotoxin-free plasmid DNA from E. coli host strains.
Endotoxin levels below 0.1EU/΅g of purified plasmid DNA can be attained
with this kit. The plasmid DNA obtained from this kit can be used for
transfections, automated sequencing, and other downstream applications.
This kit is a quick and economical method for preparation of large
amounts of high-quality, endotoxin-free plasmid DNA. It is also useful
when attempting to purify low-copy plasmids. Furthermore, the unique
