molecular weight. It has a important role in the targeting of
proteins for proteolytic degradation.

Specificity: Detects
Ubiquitinated inclusion bodies such as neurofibrillary tangles
of Alzheimer's disease, Lewy bodies of Parkinson's disease, Pick
bodies of Pick's disease. |

7.4 with 0.05% sodium azide. Frozen liquid. |

Storage/Stability: Stable for
one year at –20ºC from date of shipment. For maximum recovery of
product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to
removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Aliquot will be stable at 4ºC for 3 months. |

Application: For the detection
of ubiquitinated inclusions seen in human neurodegenerative
diseases such as the neurofibrillary tangles of Alzheimer's
disease. Dilution 1:500 for this purpose, using ABC or other
enzymatic amplification procedures. Immunofluorescence 1:250.
