Application: Western blots of
yeast protein extracts probed with YA38H8: 1:10,000 (ECL
detection) reveal a ~65 kDal band. Initial dilution range:
1:2,500 - 1:5,000. Immunofluorescence: 1:250 to 1:2,500.
