Immunogen: Pab1p is a protein
which binds poly-A tails of yeast mRNA molecules, and is known
as polyadenylate binding protein. It is also referred to as
PAB1, ACBP, CST11 and MRNP and the systematic name is YER165w.
It is they only yeast poly-A binding protein, and is found in
both the cytoplasm and nucleus of yeast cells. The protein has a
molecular weight of 64kDa, and runs on typical SDS-PAGE gels at
67kDa. |

Storage/Stability: Stable for 1
year at -20°C from date of shipment. For maximum recovery of

removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Aliquot will be stable at 4°C for 3 months. |
