Immunogen: Nab1p is one of the
"heterogeneous nuclear RNA" or hnRNA binding proteins of yeast.
Nab1p is also sometimes referred to as Npl3p, MTR13p, MTS1p and
NOP3p and the systematic name is YDR432W. Nab1p is localized in
the nucleus where it has a reticuled expression quite different
from, for example Nop1p/fibrillarin. |

Formulation: 1mg/ml in PBS, pH
7.4 with 0.05% sodium azide. Frozen liquid. |

Storage/Stability: Stable for 1
year at -20°C from date of shipment. For maximum recovery of
product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to
removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Aliquot will be stable at 4°C for 3 months. |

Application: Immunofluorescence:
1:50 to 1:100. Iimmunocytochemistry with ABC or other enzymatic
methods: 1:1,000. For western blots: 1:1,000.
