Application: Western blot
(1:1000) and immnunohitochemistry (1:200). This antibody reacts
with GnrH receptors found in the anterior pituitary. GnrH
functions as a stimulator of gonadotrophs to release luteinizing
hormone (LH) and follicle stimulating hormone (FSH).
