Application: Optimal working
dilutions should be determined experimentally by the
investigator. Prepare working dilution immediately before use.
Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: Western Blot at
dilutions of 1:1000. Immunoprecipitation and immunostaining at
dilutions of 1:200.
