| Description:
The PCR Taq Plus MasterMix is a ready-to-use mixture
of high quality Taq Plus DNA Polymerase,
deoxynucleotides, and reaction buffer in a 2X concentrate. It
contains all the necessary reagents for amplification of DNA. To
set up a PCR reaction, just add DNA template, primers and water.
The enzyme mixture has both 3'-5' and 5'-3' exonuclease activity.
Amplification with this polymerase generates blunt-ended PCR
product
Applications:
PCR amplifications of long templates with high fidelity.
