| Description:
The PCR Taq MasterMix is a ready-to-use mixture of
high quality Taq DNA Polymerase, deoxynucleotides, and
reaction buffer in a 2X concentrate. It contains all the
necessary reagents for amplification of DNA. To set up a PCR
reaction, just add DNA template, primers and water.
Amplification with this mix generates PCR products with 3'-A
overhangs.
Storage/Stability:
PCR amplifications with high reproducibility.
