| Description:
ABM's PCR X-PressMix™ is a pre-mixed and optimized PCR
reaction system that allows you to perform efficient and
accurate amplification of DNA templates for a range of
applications. Each tube contains pre-aliquoted, lyophilized PCR
X-PressMix™, complete with polymerase, dNTP's, buffer, and red
loading dye. The polymerase mix is extremely stable.
Amplification with this mix generates PCR products with 3'-A
overhangs.
Storage/Stability:
The polymerase mix is extremely stable. Each tube contains
polymerase-stabilizer* to stabilize DNA Taq Polymerase. It is
stable for one year at -20ºC and 15 days at room temperature.
